Led by Design Director, Richard Francis-Jones, and Managing Director Jeff Morehen all team members contribute to the fullest extent, regardless of individual discipline or area of expertise, in an open and creative exchange of ideas. It is through such interaction that innovation and ‘value adding’ are achieved. Ideas, strategies and concepts are explored and reviewed within a creative studio workshop environment through sketches, drawings, computer and physical models, mock-ups and prototypes.
