Senior Associate
Lance has over fourteen years professional experience throughout Australia. Lance graduated with Honours from The University of New South Wales and has led and undertaken senior roles on a variety of projects of varying scale and building type including public, commercial, health, urban and interior design.
Lance has extensive experience in design development, documentation, construction and contract administration leading many of fjmt’s complex and awarded projects. His particular skill is developing unique and sophisticated design solutions to specialised project briefs, environmental design requirements, and complex structural and facade conditions.
Lance has been responsible for iconic award-winning projects, such as the Max Webber Library at Blacktown, where the highest levels of design excellence have been delivered within tight time and cost criteria.
